Abbey Road Assisted Living

Abbey Road Assisted Living is a first-class assisted living community in Centennial, Colorado. It is within graceful Arapahoe County which is part of the Centennial State.

We are a new facility, opening in 2012, but we have the experience that goes with running  other facilities in the area.  We believe that building employee engagement is important, so the home has a strong caregiver staff serving our residents. Our home is run by a house manager with years of experience and a reputation for bringing life to any room.

Living with us at Penny Ln or Abbey Rd provides the best of both worlds, newly renovated facilities with experienced staff and managers dedicated to providing the best quality of care.  Our home is run by an owner with years of experience and a reputation for bringing life to any room and an experienced nurse who provides a top level of care.

Our homes are unique, having only 8-9 residents, allowing for a quality of care that cannot be matched in larger facilities.  We are located in established, quiet neighborhoods in Centennial.

Penny Lane Assisted Living strives to provide an excellent level of care in a residential setting.  We work with you and your loved ones to implement a level of care appropriate to each resident, providing both a comfortable living environment and opportunities for growth and activity at whatever level is desired.  We are locally-owned and operated and focused on building a family-like environment between ourselves, our staff and our residents.

Our goal is to provide the care required for each individual’s need.  We provide a stimulating environment for high-functioning individuals and a suite of care options for those who have more specific needs.  Daily activities are varied, engaging and structured with the input of our residents.

Along with general care of daily living, we provide:

• Three meals a day including diet specific requirements
• Individual and group activities
• Personal care including bathing, shaving, dental hygiene, hair care, dressing, toileting, etc.
• General medical care including medication distribution, oxygen administration, vital sign monitoring, etc.
• Housekeeping care such as laundry, house cleaning, etc.

We maintain that our residents’ wishes are of our utmost importance.  Our mission is to uphold the care, dignity and care of your loved one.

Our activities vary with the individual requirements of each resident, with the goal of providing interactive and social stimulation whenever possible.
