Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation

We invite seniors or families looking for a healing, restorative atmosphere after a fall, surgery, or illness to consider the Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation lifestyle here at Liberty Heights. Our experienced and conscientious staff can provide diverse wellness services, including wound, pulmonary, and tracheostomy care, as well as IV and nutrition management. We can care for residents living with chronic conditions and work closely with supervising physicians to create a care plan that provides comfort and allows their families to live confidently in their decision.

We also provide spaces for on-site therapies for recovery or skill maintenance, helping residents to receive the physical, speech, or occupational therapies they need, in the comfort of our warm community.
