The Homestead employs 24-hour staff to ensure that no matter the time of day or night, assistance is available. There are also state-of-the-art emergency call systems in each unit and cottage.

At the Lakewood at Homestead we understand that security is a huge aspect of life, no matter where you are. The Homestead at Lakewood property is fenced with one entrance/exit to ensure that only Homestead employees, community members and resident's guests have access to the property.

The Hacienda at the Homestead offers premier assisted living with a relaxed atmosphere and 24-hour staff.

Rather than larger intimidating common areas, The Homestead has two intimate dining rooms with gas-burning fireplaces, as well as a private dining room, a cozy library and music room, a community room with a large screen television, a barber shop and beauty salon. Situated between the cottages and the hacienda is a lovely flagstone courtyard complete with a fountain. The Homestead is situated on 4.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.

The Homestead at Lakewood facilities include the two-story main Hacienda and red-roof cottages. The Homestead facilities are mobility accessible. With two dining rooms complete with fireplaces, community rooms with big-screen televisions and beautiful decor. The Homestead welcomes all guests and residents, and with an on-site barber and salon, and health and wellness activities The Homestead also provides the ability to feel your best and most beautiful.

All units and cottages are routinely upgraded to continue to provide residents with the premier experience. Respite apartments are available.
