Devonshire Acres is a grand assisted living community in Sterling, Colorado. It is within stunning Logan County which is part of the Centennial State.
Devonshire Acres a 119-bed eldercare facility consisting of 84 Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation beds, with a mix of private and semi-private rooms, 25 assisted living units, comprising both private studios and shared living units, 12 retirement apartments, including which studio, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments.
The 55,430 square foot building, consisting of one story, is located on a 10.0-acre parcel of land. The building was constructed in three phases, the first of which was completed in 1979. Additional wings were added in 1983 and 1989. A small garage is located on the east side of the Facility. It has been under Chancellor Health Care management since March 28, 1994.

Our caring and attentive staff is available around the clock to provide services to each resident's private Assisted Living apartment. Devonshire Acres Assisted Living is licensed by the state of Colorado which may allow coverage by long-term care insurance plans to help with associated costs.
Three Levels of Care are available for assisted living residents.
Nursing Service Level of Care is determined by an Assisted Living
nurse at pre-admission assessment, 30 days after admission and
with any change of condition.
