The Card Home is a non-profit, residential home for independent retirees that has recently celebrated its 100th anniversary serving the Willimantic area. We provide a safe, healthy and happy environment for seniors who no longer choose to maintain their own individual home; we have both male and female residents. Offering 3 wonderful meals a day and a wide variety of activities - inside the home and out & about - it truly is the best of all worlds! This beautiful Victorian home offers a total of 20 lovely private rooms, each with either a half or full bath; residents may choose to have them furnished by us or to use their own furniture. The cost is minimal and the home and quality of life are beyond compare for our residents, who must be over 65 years of age. The size of our Victorian home offers a warm and intimate feeling that makes every resident feel special, and provides the closest similarity to a family setting available anywhere.
