Lodge Lane Assisted Living & Memory Care is part of The Kutz Senior Living Campus, located in the Bellefonte area of Wilmington, Delaware.  The Campus houses both Lodge Lane and Kutz Rehabilitation & Nursing, a well-respected non-profit skilled nursing facility.  Lodge Lane was designed to serve seniors who do not need daily skilled nursing care, but could improve their quality of life with some level of personal assistance.  Kutz Rehabilitation & Nursing offers a higher level of acuity with skilled nursing services and a rehabilitation component for that next level of care, if needed.

Whether you simply need medication reminders or assistance with daily activities, residents feel at home in their private apartments.  Lodge Lane offers 34 assisted living apartments with a range of floor plans to choose from, including accommodations for couples or roommates.  Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette and safety features along with a spacious private bath with walk-in shower.  The living space is open to allow for residents to personalize their space through art work and furniture from home.

Respite care is a great short-term, no commitment option that is offered at Lodge Lane.  Respite allows for a two-week minimum stay in a furnished apartment with an all-inclusive rate.  Every short-term stay resident experiences the same outstanding amenities, personalized assistance, care and engaging programming as our permanent residents.  This allows you to enjoy the amenities offered within the Community without the commitment of a long-term stay.

Respite stays are a great stepping stone after a non-qualifying hospital stay before returning home.  With the added benefit of 24-hour assistance, medication management and therapies, respite is a good option to ensure a safe and successful return home.
