Person to Person Care Center, LLC is a 6-bed residential assisted living facility located in beautiful Apollo Beach. Our staff is committed to ensuring our residents enjoy a quality of life that has an independent feel with the comfort of knowing assistance is available whenever needed. Our program is complete with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and activities within the facility as well as monthly outings.

Our primary services are provided to seniors who require assistance around the clock, especially 24 hours 7 days a week live-in arrangements.
Based on the evaluation, we’ll create a Service and Care Plan that reflects your specific needs. Your plan may include any combination of the following:
- Long-Term Care
- Adult Day Programs
- Respite Care
The Adult Day Care Center’s purpose is to provide care and companionship for seniors who need assistance or supervision during the day.
Are you a senior that wants to enjoy activities with other seniors? Are you a caregiver that works, needs to run errands, or just needs a break from your caregiving duties? You should take advantage of our Adult Day Care.
During the available hours we will provide activities and up to 2 meals to our members.
The adult care program offers relief to family members or caregivers and gives them the freedom to go to work, handle personal business, or take advantage of a few hours of personal time.
Many seniors enjoy the social interaction with both the staff and other participants that an elderly day care center provides. The scheduled activities that we provide are beneficial for both physical and mental health.
Since most participants in these programs live in the community, either at home or with a family member, elderly day care services are an important part of helping maintain a social life while aging gracefully.
Caregivers often enjoy the break they receive by having their elderly loved one attend a day program, knowing that their parent is safe during the day.
Is your loved one recovering from an illness with a chronic condition or in need of daily assistance?
Space permitting, our staff welcomes the opportunity to assist our short-stay residents. Primary care-givers and family members can take a vacation or just have time to recoup knowing that their loved one is in a safe environment receiving the assistance they need. Respite Care residents have access to all the amenities that are offered to our permanent residents. This is also a great option when being released from the hospital and still require assistance. These services are offered on a daily/weekly rate.
Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for any new resident and their family. We understand that making the decision to use outside help for elderly care for a loved one is difficult.
