Grand Villa offers different Care Levels that include Assisted Living, Memory Care, Personal Care, Respite Care and our Senior Day Program. The different levels of care mean you only pay for the services you need and use.

The all-inclusive monthly rate covers everything from medication management, to housekeeping, and much more. Our state of the art medication and resident care technology provides peace of mind by helping to ensure that care is provided on time. Residents live in private or companion apartments that range in size from cozy studios to large one-bedrooms.

Grand Villa offers a specially designed neighborhood where residents are free to explore, touch, and choose their own activities, allowing them to live life with a purpose®. Our exit controlled neighborhood provides all the services and amenities, enhanced with special features that meet the needs of residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

The Memory Care program blends cutting edge technology with the most current research in memory care to create activities specifically designed for Alzheimer’s. Residents are involved in daily therapeutic and recreational activities such as music therapy, pet therapy, and sensory stimulation to encourage independence and preserve dignity.

Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach offers a Respite Care program that gives family caregivers a break from the stressful task of caring for a family member full-time. Respite Care gives families who are not ready for full-time senior living, the extra support they need to maintain home care over the long-term. Below is an overview of the programs we offer.

Our Short-term Stay program gives caregivers the time they need to rest and rejuvenate. This type of stay is also ideal for a senior who is recuperating from a hospital stay. Short-term Stay guests enjoy all the amenities of our residents for a few days, a week, or a month. The Grand Villa amenities include daily chef-prepared meals, assistance with personal care, laundry services and much more.

Our unique state of the art Resident Care Technology provides peace of mind by helping to ensure that care is provided as needed. An added feature is the state of the art Medication Management, including medication ordering and delivery services by a preferred provider, which improves accuracy and timely medication delivery.

Every day is filled with fun at Grand Villa. Our full-time Activities Coordinator plans activities, parties, classes, lectures and local excursions that are entertaining and engaging.
