Our High Springs Assisted Living lifestyle program promotes maximum independence while maintaining the level of care needed. We offer several different levels of assisted living to meet each resident's individual needs.  Our services include medication ordering and management, as well as, assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, escorts to and from meals and activities. Located in High Springs, we also offer our assisted living services to the surrounding communities of Gainesville, Alachua and Live Oak.

Our team of dedicated professionals includes licensed nurses (RN's and LPNs), a dietitian, chef(s), Activities Director, Resident Care Assistants, and Executive Director.

Each day includes planned programs and activities to fill the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical needs of our residents.  Medication management is provided to reduce the worry of a mistake or missed dose. Visiting Podiatrists, Physicians, and Home Health professionals offer services to accommodate the resident's needs. Housekeeping services include bed-making, trash removal, laundry and full-service apartment cleaning.

Our attentive culinary staff takes pride and great care to prepare three delicious and nutritious meals each day which are served in our beautiful dining room. Snacks and meal menus consider diabetic, low salt, low fat, low cholesterol, vegetarian, heart healthy and other dietary concerns.

Our wide range of flexible service plans adapts to individual circumstances. Assisted living residents can remain in their community, even as needs change. Couples are always welcome, even when their needs are different.

Residents with Alzheimer’s disease, stroke related dementia, and other forms of memory loss require a loving and stimulating environment. Our Our 20 bed community is designed to provide a stimulating, healthy, and intimate living environment, along with 24 hour secured Alzheimer's and memory care provided by our professionally trained nurses and resident care assistants, which will promote a high quality of life.

We have Floor-to-ceiling murals reflecting the local farms, cafe's, houses, and gardens which bring joy to the residents as they walk through the halls. You may notice some of the pets (we are pet friendly) in the community are also painted into the scenes. We have 20 apartments consisting of units specifically designed for memory care, Alzheimer's care and assisted living services. These apartments have many upgrades including ADA compliant bathrooms, motion censored lighting, 36” pocket doors, and views of the spectacular new court yard. We offer both private and companion apartments for our Alzheimer's and memory care residents. Based in High Springs, Florida, Plantation Oaks offers memory care services to local communities including Gainesville, Alachua and Live Oaks.
