Sunshine Christian Homes is an energetic assisted living community in Holiday, Florida. It is within pleasing Pasco County which is part of the Sunshine State.
Sunshine Christian Homes, Inc. offers a secure independent living lifestyle at an affordable cost. Our Christian Retirement Village is nestled on 12 landscaped acres, in the relaxing area of Holiday Florida, just a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico. There are 86 villas, 24-one bedroom and 62-two bedroom units (see below for floor plans). Our villas are a unique and interesting place for those who desire to continue to live independently, but no longer want the work and expense of owning and maintaining a home.

Designed for residents who need minimal assistance but prefer the security, warmth and social environment offered by Sunshine Christian Home. This plan includes:
- Choice of Room (semi-private, small private or large private)
- All utilities (except telephone)
- Each resident has a personal safety alert call pendant or bracelet.
- Three delicious family style meals per day
- Stimulating activities and social events
- Scheduled local transportation
- Weekly laundering of bed and bath linens
- Round-the-clock availability of caring staff

The Activity Department strives to offer a wide variety of individual, small group and large group events to provide mental stimulation and socialization to better meet the interests of our residents. We encourage family members and friends from the community to join our activities. Please explore our activity calendar link below to see if there is anything that interests you, but remember there are occasionally last minute changes that occur!
There are numerous health benefits to remaining active. We encourage everyone to remain physically active through exercise classes (provided through Saxon Rehab) or outdoor activities and walks around the property. We offer mental challenges through word games such as Giant Crossword, Scrabble and Word Fun. There are educational groups such as History Mystery and Draw a Blank. Or residents can sit back and be entertained by movies and entertainers (music and more!). Who can forget about the ever popular BINGO!!! Residents have the opportunity to play Bingo 2-3 times per week and they can earn “Bingo Bucks” to spend on prizes or at the Boutique and monthly Clothing Sale. Our Activities Employees also provide one to one visits for more personalized interactions and support.
There are many opportunities for residents to worship and spread the Joy of the Lord. There are daily chapel devotions, Sunday services, a weekly Catholic Mass and small groups that get together in prayer.
