Our management team has been part of the Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc community for more than 10 years and several employees have 5 to 15 years of tenure. When our residents need a little extra help throughout the day and night, our assisted living staff are specially trained to provide the considerate and compassionate service that helps them thrive. We provide help with day-to-day tasks like incontinence and medication management as well as dressing, bathing and dining. And we’re there with support for safe engagement in fun activities like art classes, community service programs, fitness classes, gardening, parties and picnics.

Helping our residents stay healthy is part of our mission. We coordinate with outside healthcare providers in the Jacksonville area to provide occupational, speech and physical therapy on-site and provide escorted transportation to and from other needed appointments. And, local physicians visit the community to provide care on a regular basis.
