Wendy began as an investor, and knowing the pressures of collecting rents while having mortgage payments she became a broker earning the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) Designation, REO Certified Designation, and the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Designation along the way. Wendy was also top Agent for of November 2015 and 2017. She is also a member of the North East Florida Association of Realtors.
