Our mission is to serve people — residents, team members and our neighbors in the greater community. As a faith-based, not-for-profit organization, our sole purpose is to serve older adults, by providing beautiful and quality environments to enhance lifestyles at every level of independence.

The Westminster Communities of Florida story starts in 1954, with the First Presbyterian Church of Bradenton chartering Westminster Manor, and quickly moves to Central Florida with communities in Winter Park and Orlando. Today, we’re happy to serve more than 7,000 residents in 22 communities throughout the state, offering active, independent living, assisted living and nursing care in our 10 Continuing Care Retirement Communities, as well as affordable communities for low-income seniors.

Riverside Presbyterian House, an affordable rental retirement community, is located in Jacksonville’s Four Points neighborhood. Enjoy convenient access to all the benefits of living in central Jacksonville, from restaurants and shops to medical offices, churches and more. We offer affordable subsidized, hotel-style apartments and market-rate efficiencies to seniors aged 62 and older, and can provide additional support when you need it, with 46 assisted living residences. Amenities include a library, beauty/barber shop, WiFi Internet access in common areas, and a wide variety of activities and educational programs.
