TLC Family Care Home is a small, six-bed assisted living residence located in the Bassville Park section of Leesburg, FL. Our residents and our staff comprise the TLC Family.
We hold a Florida State Limited Nursing Services (LNS) License. This specialty license permits our nurses to care for our residents with their physician-ordered medical needs. We also provide a home and services for residents who need only assistance with their activities of daily living, such as meal prep, bathing, laundry, and medication assistance.
Located in the Sunshine State, this spacious home has a huge activity room with wonderful views of the sunsets. The afternoon sun does something special to your well being.
We have one semi-private rooms with accommodations for a couple or two singles, and three private rooms. We aspire to making life fulfilled and happy for all.
