Summerville Homes LLC Assisted Living Facility is located in Broward County Florida. We are a homelike environment which promote the dignity, individuality, privacy and decision making of our residents. We are a boutique facility, licensed by the city of Miramar and the state of Florida. We provide a personal one on one care to our residents. Our staff is committed to provide quality care in a professional, warm, quiet and relaxing environment. We work closely with the families and physicians to develop a plan of care that is tailored to the residents specific needs. Our Administrator is also a nurse with over 25 years of geriatric experience.

​Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), are for people who need assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), but wishing to live as independently as possible. Assisted Living Facilities exist to bridge the gap between independent living and nursing homes. Assisted Living Facilities offer care with ADLs  such as eating, bathing, dressing, laundry, housekeeping and assistance with medications.

Summerville Homes offers a full range of services and amenities to our residents in a comfortable setting.

For the convenience and safety of our residents, we also offer secured entrances to the communities, including alarm systems and surveillance cameras.

Our variety of services includes the following:

• Staff assistance is offered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
• 3 meals and snacks per day, 7 days per week
• Assistance with activities of daily living, which includes (meal preparation, ambulating, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.)
• Assistance with medication management
• Housekeeping, including laundry
• Assistance with qualifying for Medicaid and/or Veterans Aid & Attendance (pre-move-in)
• Transportation to doctor's appointments and group activities
• A full calendar of educational, spiritual and recreational activities
• Birthday, holidays and special occasion celebrations
