At Merino Adult Family Care Home, we provide a family-type living arrangement in a private home setting for up to five residents. We are committed to helping our residents maintain a comfortable level of independence with the utmost care, respect and compassion.
Our goal is to help our residents remain as self-sufficient as possible with the assurance of assistance when it is needed. Our residents are encouraged to continue familiar homelike activities, while the staff pays special attention to our residents' needs. The care provided at our home is one-on-one. The home-setting experience improves one's physical health and increases social interaction, which provides greater personal safety. Our staff strives to support the residents' physical and mental balance, eliminating loneliness and boredom.
