The Mann House - Cumming

From Day one nearly 31 years ago, we have routinely assisted our residents with all Activities-of-Daily-Living (ADL’s) as personally needed by each Resident 24/7. We founded The Mann House to offer a home-like alternative to institutional nursing facilities and state institutions, which provided little in the way of recreation, activities, or entertainment. The Mann House combines top level healthcare with a social model that addresses those needs. We were the first operator/owner to open in the Atlanta area to offer this choice for those seniors who needed assistance with ADL’s and to provide it in a warm, safe residential setting. We provide these options for those who may not yet need Alzheimer’s or dementia care (or may be early stage) but may have Chronic Health Conditions that often accompany older age such as ALS or Parkinson’s, among others, or may have simply progressed in age to where they just need assistance with ADL’s and are fairly independent otherwise. Please note that even though a resident may enter The Mann House needing only ADL’s care, we are ready to provide any higher level of care as a resident ages-in-place and their total healthcare needs increase. No one is ever asked to move from The Mann House.
