Hope is a licensed Assisted Living Community that focuses on specialized Memory Care Services. Our community cares for residents with memory impairments, as well as seniors that need assistance in their daily routine.
The design of the Hope Center Memory Care provides four separate “Villages.” Each Village hosts 16 individual rooms for a total of 64 senior living spaces in the community. Because each Village is relatively small, it creates a family atmosphere wherein each resident becomes a member of the family.
Within each Village, there is a kitchen, dining room, and areas for activities. Creative activities allow our teams to meet the needs of residents at various levels of cognitive function. The community also features several physicians such as geriatricians, podiatrists, and even a dentist for convenience!
Residents are welcome to indulge themselves in traditional southern cuisine that our staff prepares to your loved one’s dietary needs. The dining services provide three restaurant-style meals a day to promote health and nutrition.
Hope Center Memory Care is conveniently located to several popular attractions in the area. Some nearby notable attractions are Downtown Lawrenceville, Freeman’s Mill Park, and the Gwinnett History Museum.
