Not only do they have the opportunity to spread their wings, our residents also have plenty of space to be themselves. Each of our spacious 48 apartments features a kitchen, living/dining room, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom, walk-in closet, and a balcony or screened in porch.

Magnolia Manor Moultrie offers independent living options for the retiree who desires a carefree home without maintenance and lawn worries. When a bit more assistance is needed, residents can easily transition into our Assisted Living program. Our caring staff is like family and is ready to assist with anything our residents need.

The Magnolia Manor Moultrie community consists of 48 spacious (1 or 2 bedroom) apartments. 24 of those apartment at set up for our Independent Living residents who want to lead full, active lives both on campus and in the Moultrie community. The other 24 apartments are designed with the assisted living residents in mind. Whether you need medication reminders, laundry services, assistance with personal care or just getting ready for your day, our caring staff are available to assist you.

Independent living options for seniors come in almost as many shapes and sizes as seniors themselves.

Detached homes, townhomes, apartments, duplexes, villas, cottages, RVs and mobile home parks – housing options fit every description. Residents have access to local scheduled transportation for physician appointments, church shopping and outings. We offer beautiful grounds, cable television and most importantly a healthy social environment.
