I was able to see how people who said I'm gonna stay from in my house forever it didn't work out and there was a crisis and then what to do and their family had to step in and they were miserable and I didn't want that for myself and my husband parents key is what's called a life plan community and specifically were a life care community so when residents join us they're moving into residential apartment homes or cottages living a very active independent lifestyle and then in their future if needs change we support them through assisted living in skilled nursing and they are with us for the remainder of their lifetime so they know when they move in here that they're never going to be faced with having to make a decision on where to go and who will take care of them at a time of crisis most residents would tell you that's a very very awesome gift to their children like a lot of people you know you can you're concerned about what's gonna happen when you get to that point with your kids and affect my family things like that and so it's nice they have some of that stuff planned out in advance we had gone through a similar process with my parents it's been a lot of time planning for their transition from independent living to assisted living to nursing care and we're just looking for a different option for ourselves we still have wildlife we have geese and ducks and Ospreys out there our status in life I guess sold aside and the fact that it's filling gave over which is our favorite place so we can live with their two languages yep it was perfect for us love it already it's my last move and I couldn't be happier
