Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit our website. Aiea Heights Senior Living and Waialae Senior Living are both unique homes designed with our Seniors in mind. We are fully insured and licensed by the state of Hawaii as Adult Residential Care Homes.
Our focus is on the seniors who have outlived the ability to completely care for themselves but are still active enough to want more in life than sitting around with nothing to look forward to each day. We provide 24/7 care in an environment more closely resembling their home than an institution and we try our best to keep our residents active both mentally and physically. With our planned activities, along with the social interaction received with other residents, many families comment on how their parent has become so much more active since residing at our care home.
We try our best to help families reduce their stress levels and focus a little more on their own family activities without isolating them from their parent or loved one. The doors are always open for visits, shared meals, phone calls, and even Skyping when necessary. We handle all the meals, bathing, medications, doctor visits, and even arrange for haircuts.
Aiea Heights Senior Living is an adult residential care home located in a quiet neighborhood near the top of Aiea Heights Drive with a spectacular view of the city.

24/7 care is provided by well trained staff members who get to know our residents like family. Our emphasis is on the health and well being of our residents where individual needs and desires are always attended to. Aiea Heights Senior Living, a home away from home.
Our home is supervised by an experienced RN with licensed personnel always present. The entire home is equipped with a fully automated fire sprinkler system for the safety of our residents. We strive to maintain a safe and nurturing environment where our residents consider this their “HOME AWAY FROM HOME“.
Waialae Senior Living is officially open and accepting new residents. Our new home is currently able to accommodate 10 residents, each having their own large, private, customizable room with the soothing view and sounds of the Manoa Stream below. There is also a larger “couples“ room available. Our home sits on an 18,000 sq.ft. lot in a very safe and quiet residential neighborhood near the University of Hawaii at Manoa. We are one of very few smaller “residential“ type of care homes which is equipped with a fully automated fire sprinkler system for the safety of our residents. Like our home in Aiea, we are a state licensed and fully insured Adult Residential Care Home.
