There is no buy-in fee to reside at 'Ilima — just simply pay monthly rent based on the type and size of floor plan you select. At ‘Ilima at Leihano you will be able to obtain the support you need without having to move or downsize your residence if you need to change your level of service. Assisted Living services are based on the support needed, which is based on consultation with you, your family, and physician. Generally, the cost of these Assisted Living services is far less than comparable use of home care and are delivered by dedicated, trained ‘Ilima associates. You and your loved ones can focus on simply enjoying life, while we furnish that sense of security for your future.
