Summit House is conveniently attached to the local physician clinic, hospital, outpatient therapy and the wellness clinic. You don't have to worry about transportation or needing an umbrella on a rainy day. Simply walk down the Summit House corridor to the entrance of the hospital.

Summit House has many spacious apartment designs. All apartments are rented on a month-to month basis. Our activity program offers the opportunity to meet new friends.
Independent Living at Summit House is not only affordable but stress-free! Maintain your independence while enjoying the convenience services included in your monthly rent! Also, find peace of mind knowing our onsite staff is available in the event you ever need a helping hand!
Services provided with the independent living package include:
- 2 meals per day (noon and evening)
- Staff on site 24 hours per day/7 days per week
- Emergency Response Pendant
- Weekly light housekeeping
- Maintenance upkeep and repairs
- Utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, and garbage removal)
- Use of common areas
- Scheduled activities
Enjoy neighbors your age with similar interests! Our amazing recreation program offers scheduled activities for tenants to choose to participate in. Our community also offers several common areas where tenants can enjoy themselves on their own or with a friend.
At Summit House, we understand how important it is for you to maintain your independence even when you need a little helping hand.
Our assisted living program provides tenants with the same spacious apartment options and convenience services as independent living with the added benefit of having our trained staff tailor a health service plan to meet their specific requests and needs.
Services available through our assisted living program include:
- Medication management
- Bathing assistance
- Hygiene and grooming assistance
- Mobility assistance (1 person)
- Assistance with physician communication
There are three service levels, depending on the type and amount of services you request. Services received are overseen by a Registered Nurse and reviewed with you at least quarterly.
At Summit House, we recognize how difficult it can be for those of you caring for a friend or family member. As a caregiver, what do you do if you need to be away for the weekend, go on vacation, or simply need a break? Summit House offers Respite Care to relieve you in these situations.
Our Respite Care apartment is a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with cable TV! The flat daily rate includes two meals per day, housekeeping and laundering services, as well as assistance with daily care and medication administration. Staff is onsite 24/7 and an emergency pendant is provided for peace of mind in the event there is an emergency.
