Grand Haven Retirement Community is an excellent assisted living community in Eldridge, Iowa. It is within appealing Scott County which is part of the Hawkeye State.

Grand Haven was founded with the passion and belief that seniors deserve a choice in housing and care options that promote their independence and maintain their dignity and privacy. Owned by Callahan Construction, Inc., Grand Haven opened its doors in July 2007 with 53 apartments. We now home 88 assisted and independent apartments along with 12 memory care studio apartments and eight independent living townhomes.

As we age, maintaining our independence is important. Grand Haven Independent Living offers apartments and townhouses, which facilitate independence in your retirement plan. We understand your desire to stay active and have meaningful social interactions. We offer a variety of daily activities for all of our residents to help you socialize with your neighbors and make friends in the Grand Haven Community.

Creating independent senior housing has been a central focus at Grand Haven Retirement. We offer 10 Townhouses in our retirement community, providing you maximum autonomy while maintaining any supports you may need. This deluxe townhome is a spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom home which features a one or two car attached garage. The home features a full kitchen, dining room, and a laundry room furnished with washer and dryer. All appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and garbage disposal are already included in the home to make your move as comfortable as possible.

Grand Haven’s Assisted Living Program is designed to increase your independence by customizing a care plan that fits your wants and needs. We offer many activities to choose from, which stimulate the mind and body No matter what your state of life, our program will allow you to remain independent with top-notch care provided.

Just because you’ve decided to move into our Assisted Living Program, doesn’t mean an end to your social life. Our residents have the option to explore Eldridge and the Quad Cities. Your needs and wants are important, so we take care of and suggestions when planning our events. It is easy to get out and have fun with cities like Moline, IL, and Davenport, IA so close by.

Grand Haven’s Moments Memory Care Program, offers a higher level of care for those who request or require additional support and services including those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia. Our extensive Memory Care Program provides a secure environment and is designed to promote dignity, independence, and choice. We offer a variety of daily one-on-one and group activities to engage each resident in meaningful and fulfilling past times. Residents of our Moments Memory Care Program participate in specialized activities designed for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia. They also participate in activities in our Assisted Living Program if suitable for their care plans. Our Memory Care residents have access to all the amenities and services that are included in our Assisted Living Program, as well as a private, secured patio and secured entrances and exits.
