Our Prairie-Style communities feature quaint stained glass accented lighting with sun rooms that reflect the warmth of the seasons. Our communities are welcoming, quaint, and friendly.

Windsor Manor is a 40 unit apartment complex offering one and two bedroom units. Designed to help residents feel safe and secure, additional building features include a personalized emergency call system and round the clock care givers available to meet their needs. Residents of Windsor Manor can choose from several different floor plans, each designed with a living room or alcove, bedroom, kitchen or kitchenette and personal bath. The cost of living at Windsor Manor varies according to the style of apartment selected and the amount of personal care services required by the individual. We work with each resident and their families to design a customized care and support plan that accommodates and adapts to their needs while providing as much independence as possible. Our staff understand that the needs of each resident are as unique as the individual.
With several different floor plans and options to choose from, Windsor Manor residents will feel right at home. We also offer a secured memory care area, consisting of 10 studio apartments, which provide services for seniors with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. The cost of living at Windsor Manor varies according to the type of apartment selected and the amount of personal care assistance required. Our fees are typically lower than the costs to live in a quality nursing home. Most residents find that enjoying life at Windsor Manor is less expensive than remaining in their current home and paying for home health care.
At Windsor Manor, we believe that remaining connected to friends and loved ones, as well as the community and world at large, is a vital part of thriving as a senior. We actively become a part of the community and diminish limitations by encouraging activity that stimulates the mind as well as the body.
