Arlington Place Retirement Communities are certified by the state of Iowa. This means we are able to provide assistance with resident’s Activities of Daily Living. Some residents may find they do not require assistance, and others may want medication management, assistance with dressing, bathing, hygiene or ambulation.

Our unique program allows our residents to choose the services they want or need. Prior to move in, our Healthcare Coordinator will complete an assessment with each resident to identify what services are needed. This will allow us to create an Individualized Service Plan.

Arlington Place Assisted Living of Grundy Center provides service-enriched housing for those who need some assistance with daily living. Assisted living is perfect for the person desiring to maintain an independent lifestyle while having access to services and amenities. Our desire is to create a warm, caring, family-type atmosphere. We are conveniently located adjacent to the Pioneer Walking Trail and near the city sports complex.

Arlington Place offers private, one, or two bedroom apartments and studios. Each one and two bedroom apartment features a kitchenette, living room, bed room, private bath including a shower unit, ample closet space, telephone hook-up, cable, and emergency response systems.

The Staff at Arlington Place is pleased to have received a deficiency free State Survey. Providing quality care and services to our residents is an ongoing process and the ultimate goal of our care team. We have an excellent team of care givers and supportive staff who make it possible for our residents to feel secure and cared for in their home at Arlington Place.

Arlington Place is now certified by the State of Iowa to provide Memory Care. Residents who need closer care with one-on-one interactions for socialization and activities of daily living can reside in a secure area with trained staff to provide positive life experiences according to their individual needs and preferences.
