Cobble Creek Sheldon is a grand assisted living community in Sheldon, Iowa. It is within scenic Obrien County which is part of the Hawkeye State.

We offer a very different elder living experience. Rather than the institutional environment of a nursing home, or the isolated experience of a large apartment complex, Cobble Creek offers the warm and inviting feel of a residential home. Our homes are in residential neighborhoods and limited to 12 residents. Each resident has a private suite with private bath and personal space. The residents share a large and inviting common living and dining space. Our homes encourage residents to live together in a family environment.
At Cobble Creek, you will find health care support that is tailored to meet the individual needs of residents. In order to meet the needs of residents, our programs address the physical, educational, social and spiritual wellbeing of individuals. And, our personal care services are based upon resident choice, dignity, privacy, individuality and independence.
