Base rent includes: weekly housekeeping and flat linen laundry, 3 “home cooked“ meals per day served family style, weekday exercises, wellness programming, weekly outings, transportation to local doctor visits, basic phone service, cable and DSL internet access.
Other contracted services available include assistance with bathing and self cares, medication management and laundry service. Consisting of 10 apartments, Kosgrove is Iowa Certified for up to 20 tenants located on Highway 75 south of Sioux Center.
