Bartels offers a full range of services on a 20-acre campus: nursing care, skilled nursing and rehab, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, assisted living, and two communities of independent living.
For over half a century, Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community has provided a loving, caring, Christian home for senior adults. The Bartels Chaplaincy program anchors this treasured service.
Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community serves all persons regardless of race, color, national origin, handicap, vision or hearing impaired, or age, in compliance with CFR parts 80, 84 and 91.
With its Christian-based mission and “residents first” philosophy, Bartels gives residents peace of mind knowing they can move to a higher level of care when needed without having to leave the community they call home. Support services include a full-time chaplaincy program, music therapy, horticultural therapy, social work support, nutrition services, therapy services, housekeeping/laundry, maintenance, transportation, beauty/barber shop, weekly banking service and a full schedule of activities.
Linden Place offers private apartment style living with a blend of personal support and health care services to help you stay active and independent.
Linden Place has studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments designed for privacy, comfort and safety. We encourage residents to decorate their apartments as they wish with personal mementos, furnishings and wall decorations. You can even bring your favorite pet along.
Linden Place residents can enjoy active, social lifestyles thanks to a wide range of scheduled activities and wellness programs. We offer expressive art, music, and horticultural activities. Other programs include wellness and exercise classes, social gatherings, games, cooking, special entertainment, and community outings. Residents can choose to participate in as many or as few activities as they want.
Located on the Bartels campus, Linden Place is a comfortable and inviting setting with 30 apartments, three levels of assistance, attentive staff, social activities, a wellness program, transportation and nutritious dining featuring locally grown produce.
At Linden Place you’ll enjoy the independence you want with the security, companionship and reassurance that comes from being part of a continuing care community.
We offer three assisted living service plans so you can get the amount of services you need.Our experienced staff works with you and your family to select the level of service to best meet your needs. We provide transportation, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance. Personal laundry and flat linen services are available weekly for personal laundry and bi-weekly for flat linen services. Each floor has a laundry room with a washer, dryer, deep sink, ironing board and plenty of counter space.
