LIVING SPRINGS’ purpose is to provide a home-like environment for all of its residents. Our Mission is to provide a family atmosphere where love, structured activities, and effective listening will assist each resident to reach their fullest potential and best quality of life.
Our home offers daily home cooked meals that are prepared in accordance to the menus we receive from our Registered Dietician from Grove Menus. Our home offers daily home-cooked meals, medication assistance, assistance with all aspects of daily living as needed, including dressing, hygiene, ambulation, eating, activities, laundry, housekeeping, and shopping. We offer assistance in management of special diets, Diabetic care, Dementia and Behavioral Management.
We provide daily nurse oversight, monthly observation reports and quarterly nurse assessments to monitor each resident’s health/ medical needs.
We can transport and accompany the residents to their Doctors’ visits if the family is unable to do so. There is an added fee for this service, but it is a convenience for the family to assist with peace of mind.
We offer musical entertainment: from piano to accordion to harp, guitar and banjo. We have local artists here each Thursday. Music is an important aspect of each person’s life. We also offer the choice of joining us in the living room for a time of resident’s choice of CD’s.
We recognize the diverse aspects of each person including cultural and spiritual beliefs. As a family, we are open and accepting to each individual’s belief systems.
All of our staff are trained to know how to provide specialized one-on-one care.
