We know how important it is to maintain an independent lifestyle, which is why we encourage our residents to actively participate in all areas of their care, allowing our excellent staff to remain unobtrusive while still offering the highest quality care. The transition of moving into an assisted living facility is never an easy decision to make. Our staff will make it as smooth and easy as possible for our residents and their families.
We understand that some of our residents may require a little extra support to help them maintain an active lifestyle, but we offer that care whilst ensuring that you still live the life you want to live, keeping as independent and social as you desire to be.
We are a small community, which means we can treat each of our residents with the care and attention they deserve. You’re in charge and our fully qualified and trained staff, on hand 24 hours a day, will do what we can to make sure that you’re happy and comfortable. The owner/administrator is in the building at all times and available 24 hours a day to deal with any issues that may arise. We are a small community, so we pride ourselves on being able to give the best, most intimate and loving care available.

At Sage Grove we encourage our residents with dementia to continue living their life to fullest. We don’t think dementia should restrict somebody more than it already does, so we fully support our residents with dementia to have comfortable, meaningful and interactive lives.
Sage Grove is a safe, comfortable environment for those with dementia, and our fully trained staff have all the necessary skills needed to engage residents who may need a helping hand. We always encourage residents to use their strengths, and we will be there whenever you need a little extra support.

Many of the residents of Sage Grove are here on a long term basis and are happy to call us home, however on occasion we understand that there may be the need for somebody to stay with us on a short-term basis. This can be for a number of reasons, and here at Sage Grove we are happy to accommodate residents for a short-term stay with us to alleviate any pressures from their usual caregiver.
Short-term residents are treat exactly the same as those who call us home, and they will have access to the same activities, amenities, care and support as everybody else. The staff and residents of Sage Grove are incredibly welcoming, so you will feel right at home straight away.
