hi I'm Erin Torres I'm the food service director here at King Babar house we know that the meal is one of the highlights of the day for the residents so we always try to make the meals special for them on a daily basis we prepare an average of meals which turns out to be about 2,500 meals a week and that turns out to be about 10,000 meals a month for a meal preparation we try to procure fresh produce and the best quality meats we cater a variety of specialty items specialty seafood items and we recently started introducing new dishes smoothies the creme brulee all the desserts are a welcoming part in their menu our staff it's here to cater to a residence and respond to their needs the very friendly they get to know the residents pretty well and their preferences so that is an advantage for us to really offer what the residents are looking for I'm really impressed with the food service here at kb we get three meals a day to get so many varieties of food and the service is just fantastic they serve your every needs food service miss kercher I eat here every day and I like the deserts ice cream to remove sue but the food is good and the service is excellent I never had a dinner that I didn't like it's a very best I think that you'll ever find in retirement home we're well fed I'll tell ya here to keep our house our motto is you wish it we dish it you
