Montclare Supportive Living is your choice for affordable assisted living in the Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago.
The community, which opened in June 2017, serves older adults of all incomes who need some help to maintain their independence.
The Montclare is especially designed to serve low-income seniors, including those on Medicaid or who only receive monthly Social Security benefits.
Montclare Supportive Living provides a wonderful residential alternative to a nursing home or to those struggling alone at home.
Residents will have the opportunity to live in a private apartment. Each of the apartments will feature a kitchenette, spacious bathroom and emergency alert system. They receive personal assistance and help with medications. Certified staff will be on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support services, such as meals, housekeeping and laundry, are also included. Enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in social and recreational activities.
The emphasis is on providing residents with the Love, Compassion & Dignity they deserve and on helping each resident maintain as much independence as possible for as long as possible.
