It is the philosophy of Autumn Accolade, Inc. that the elderly should be provided a home that will prevent depression and promote better health through interaction with and caring of others. It is the goal of this facility to provide an affordable, secure and stress-free living environment, which will meet the daily living requirements of its residents and provide contact with other individuals with like needs, all the while promoting their dignity, individuality, privacy, independence and autonomy.

Located 5 miles south of Pekin IL and 8 miles North of Green Valley IL and on a country estate with gracious space to walk from the patio and garden area to the one acre fenced rear lawn. We are a large 40 bedroom home with all of the features that you may have in your own home. Plenty of parking in the front of the building if you want to bring your car. We have spacious 12’ x 18’ rooms and private baths, plus your own heating and air conditioning controls that are monitored by the staff for your comfort and safety.
Throughout the year, we provide our residents with Assisted Living to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at Autumn Accolade. It’s just one of the things that sets our Assisted Living Facility apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services.
Every day, the staff at Autumn Accolade prepare and set up family style, home cooked meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our meals are planned, but can be customized to fit the needs or preferences of the residents. Guests are allowed to join their loved ones for a meal for a nominal fee.
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. Autumn Accolade provides the support that retirees and their families require, including resident safety checks, scheduled showers, weekly housekeeping and laundry, daily linen services, medication monitoring services, and beauty and barber services with an additional fee. We are more than happy to offer these services, and more if necessary, to everyone ages 55 and over.
Here at Autumn Accolade, we have many recreational activities for the residents to enjoy. We have an Activity Director available 5 days each week to play games with residents and lead other activities. There are also independent activities available, such as puzzle stations, an outdoor gazebo, gardening, a library, newspapers, and movies and satellite television.
