“Get to know us before you need us.” Asbury of Kankakee Supportive Living program is part of the Illinois Health and Family Services Supportive Living Program. This program is designed to promote independence, dignity, respect and well-being for residents in a cost-effective manner. Depending on an individual’s financial and health status, Medicaid will reimburse Asbury of Kankakee for a qualifying resident’s cost of service in the Supportive Living Facility (SLF). All residents have the security and peace of mind in their own apartments with support services and security. Asbury of Kankakee’s program is designed to help seniors achieve a comfortable and rewarding lifestyle. Asbury of Kankakee is a part of the State of Illinois Supportive Living Program. This program is designed to promote the independence, dignity, respect and wellbeing of residents in a cost-effective manner.For your convenience and the convenience of our community’s seniors our campus partners with multiple local physicians and Riverside and Presence St. Mary’s Hospital to meet all of the Kankakee area senior’s healthcare needs.
Partnering with Home Health services to provide our homebound residents skilled physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, and wound care.
