The Auberge at Lake Zurich is a specialized Memory Care community that provides exceptional care to residents with memory-related illnesses.
Our community embodies the Green House Model Project, which puts emphasis on the community grounds and provides the feel of coming home. The location is a 64-room plan all within four cottages and a garage. There are 16 rooms per cottage with a choice of semi-private or private sleeping space. The cottages are named after four historical districts in the Chicago area; Gold Coast, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, and The Loop. Whether your loved one is moving in from Deer Park, Barrington, Kildeer, Wauconda or anywhere else, they’ll feel right at home at The Auberge.
Upon entering the common area of one of our cottages, your family will immediately notice the warm and inviting open concept floor plan. Our living room space is the first room you’ll notice with an impressive fireplace that gives a cozy experience. The dining room is positioned adjacent to the right with an open kitchen and counter for ease of service to our residents.
When your loved one moves in, they’ll have access to incredible care staff. Our community has nurses and housekeeping personnel onsite 24/7 to give your loved one the care they need. We also coordinate medication management with partner providers and arrange any off-site transportation needs.
Above all, we want your loved one to focus on remaining comfortable and engaged within the community. Through our award-winning SPARK program, residents grow their existing skills and assume key social roles. Through both individual and group activities, your loved one will grow within our community, living a purposeful lifestyle.
We believe your loved one’s stay in a Memory Care Community should be enjoyable and purposeful. Schedule a consultation with an Auberge representative today to see the community’s magic yourself!
When a loved one receives dementia or Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis, it affects the entire family. Dealing with gradual behavior changes and increasing medical needs is difficult, and that stress can worsen when long-term care options become necessary. It’s our mission to relieve that stress from your family.
At Frontier, we believe the process of selecting a new memory care community for your loved one should be an enjoyable one. And while memory illness presents incredible challenges to people worldwide, there is still an opportunity for a rich and meaningful lifestyle with every resident.
When it comes to Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, our facilities are among the best in the business. Our success (and the reason residents and family members alike love our communities) is due to our award-winning SPARK care program.
This research-based approach is inspired by Montessori methods, focusing on providing life-changing services to residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. SPARK guides our staff in providing happy, healthy lifestyles.
Accordingly, we believe there are four keys to a life well-lived:
- Community Contribution
- Inclusion & Belonging
- Lifelong Learning
- Purpose
Our communities use these pillars to create a specialized, life-enriching environment that encourages self-expression from each individual. Community leaders benefit from Frontier Management’s partnership with the Center for Applied Research in Dementia. Through this collaboration, we’ve developed effective strategies for engaging residents and enhancing lifestyles.
We make these goals possible through weekly resident committees, our Lifelong Learning University, and frequent community service projects, among many other various programs managed at the community level.
Through SPARK, our communities go beyond simple assisted living and memory care services – they provide an environment for your loved one to live a joyful and fulfilling lifestyle.
