Timberlake Supportive Living opened her doors in 2009 to serve the Springfield area, providing a quality, affordable home to older men and women. The mission of Timberlake is to meet the needs of our community, enriching their lives and meeting their needs. The Supportive Living model is governed by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services and strict guideloines are in place regarding eligibility
Eligibility:
- 65 years old or older
- US Citizen
- Have a valid social security number
- Able to pass state sex offender and criminal background checks
- Tested for TB upon admission
