Assisted Living at Crestwood Village means assistance with meals, daily activities, laundry and housekeeping. The highest level of care also includes frequent room checks, assistance with grooming and dressing, medication reminders and more. All assisted Living residents enjoy full-service dining rooms, transportation, a caring staff and social activities every day of the week.

Assisted Living takes care to the next level with a 24-hour licensed, in-house nursing staff and medication administration.

Activities are planned by a certified activities director, care is provided by licensed nurses and certified nurse aids and the menus are planned by registered dietitians.

Home health services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy or other rehabilitation services are available through our Justus Care Network providers.
