Colwich Gardens opened in 2013 after five local families decided they wanted to give back to the community. Our Owners had a vision for a beautiful care home where seniors would feel safe and comfortable. Colwich Gardens has 17 private apartments, giving each resident the feeling of independence while in a safe environment. Located just 4 miles west of Maize, Colwich Gardens is conveniently close to Wichita, while providing the beauty and charm of small town living.
