Cambridge Place and Blue Valley Senior Living, its sister facility in Blue Rapids, are owned and operated by Blue Valley Health Care, the largest provider of long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living in Marshall County.

The facility has been in operation since 1992 hosting 56 skilled nursing beds and 20 Assisted Living suites. Cambridge Place can coordinate appropriate placement from Senior Day Services to Assisted Living to Traditional Long Term Care Skilled Nursing. Specialty services include Senior Day Services, Dementia Care Unit, Hospice Care, and Short Term Medicare Stays.
