Crestview Nursing and Residential Living facility sits quietly in a residential neighborhood just north of Highway 36 in Seneca.

The home’s management follows the philosophy that Crestview is not just a place to live but is a home.

The home consists of 34 Skilled Nursing Home beds as well as nine Residential Living beds and prides itself on participating in “Resident Centered Care,” which helps create a relationship with familiar staff performing the same daily routine with the residents.

The facility is proud of its dedicated staff that is striving to provide the highest quality of care to the elderly, in a home-like atmosphere. This continuity allows for a dynamic relationship between staff, residents and their families.

A local family built Crestview and it is still a privately owned facility, with management believing in the tradition of community-based care. This is implemented through caring staff, volunteers, families, and friends who dedicate themselves to the care of the elderly. For the resident’s safety, comfort, and well being Crestview provides 24 hour nursing care by licenses nurses, certified nurse’s aides, and multiple level trained support staff. We believe in providing quality care and protecting the dignity of each of our residents. The staff provides great tenderness and concern of the residents and every effort is made to alleviate their pain and to promote comfort.

Advanced Directives will be honored within the guidelines of current legal and Regulatory standards, and in accordance with the resident's own personal, moral and ethical beliefs. Crestview Nursing & Residential Living will not discriminate on the basis of presence or absence of an Advanced Directive in regards to admission to Crestview. Crestview Nursing & Residential Living will not admit or retain those applicants whose medical treatment choices differ from the moral convictions central to the Facility's operating principles and philosophy.
