out here you don't have to worry about anything and the employees seem very interested in caring for you it's not you know just something that they do they really have an interest in you know making your life easier out here I think varsity of the court has been voted which does best retirement home and there's a reason for that and the reason is is because the facility is maintained I think in an upscale man it's they're constantly repainting and doing things to keep the facility in a first-class condition and the as i said the employees really seem concerned about making you and your life easier another thing is i like the fitness program that they have they have three instructors down there all of them have degrees i think from WSU all of them and they are skilled and they know what's going on they will devise or you know do a fitness program strictly for you if you want them to you can have individual session with them or you can have classes as we have barber goes to class on physical fitness all the time three days a week at least and should I and I think you know rotting in a me and Dixie are great people as far as being able to satisfy your needs and your physical needs then I like the Foods good how do you bring yourself she in that cook anymore i'm happy with their food if you do have anything going wrong in your apartment you make out a work work and sometimes if you don't hurry the retirement will be there fixing it up before you even get back that's the thing i like as a you don't have to do any of the repairs in your apartment because they someone here people do it for you they do have day trips where other marshfield bus goes and there'll be about Oh 25 maybe 30 of the residents go and we've been on a couple of them and they're very nice outings we went I'd never been really to him gypsum hills yeah and so we had a day trip down there so now I've been to the gypsum hills and there have been some others the nice thing about is we do have season tickets to for Wichita State basketball and I used to have pretty good parking spot but not near as good as riding the archfield plus there and being let out at the door and then picked up at the door so we don't drive anymore we just ride the bus did sure relieve your cares you don't have to worry about a yard you don't have to worry about in the utilities and warn your yard and there's just a myriad of things that you don't worry about once you moved out of your house I'm enjoying it I like Barbara's enjoying it and so I rise it come on

hi I'm Tammy flamming director of marketing here at large scale plays retirement communities and I wanted to share with you a tour of our model apartment we larksville to opened a second edition and we added 27 large apartment homes and I'm excited to show you one of our models this apartment that I'll show you is a and sixty four square feet and let's go take a look this apartment home has two bedrooms a large open kitchen living room and dining area and let me share with you the kitchen and I'll talk a little bit about amenities it's an open kitchen everything that you see here is all standard in terms of fixtures countertops beautiful granite countertop we really focused a lot on lighting so there's a lot of extra line here illuminating a workspace we upgraded appliances I'll do a profile appliances brand-new we've only open up a year in this new building plus countered OH cooktop microwave and we spent a lot of time working on cabinetry and making sure everything was accessible and functional and I thought this was pretty neat a little trash door that opens up a lot of extra storage I also love and residents have shared with with me to that they appreciate all the rollouts I think that's a lot of extra storage here this kitchen is open to the dining area and living room and we have beautiful self exposure here in a very large balcony here the kitchen flooring is tile and then you'll notice a transition to the wood flooring the wood flooring is in this entryway kitchen living area it's nice you can leave it as it is or or decorate with rugs the master bedroom is great very large bedroom and I believe it's 14 x 16 in here we have Pella windows throughout the apartment home and which is fabulous because it has the the mini blinds between the window panes so you don't have to do draperies it's nice and private and we can keep it very clean the master bath is terrific lots of extra storage and double vanities we we opted to during again during the planning stages residents that you I really love to sit and be able to do my makeup in here and so we have a person his vanities we raise the countertops so that you're not bending over as far residents need to appreciate that and then on his side he has additional storage and a great little camper nice there the shower this terrific walk-in shower grab bars of course at stationary showerhead and then a handheld showerhead residents want to to get a portable seat why they can do that and this is nate to the emergency call system in this new building is is wireless residents can either push the button or wear a pendant underneath their blouse or gentlemen can wear it on their belt loop and that will let us know if residents have an emergency or need assistance right away and that of course is answer 24 hours a day seven days a week lets it come with me and check out this closet great great closet and get a lot of compliments on our planning for extra closet and storage space and the closet is an appalling love love love to do er and get the ladies seem to be pretty excited about it there's also storage down in the lower lower level oh goodness 6 x 6 x 7 feet and tall ceilings so residents have been are very creative and utilizing that space very well the second bedroom that's available here in this apartment home most residents seem to utilize this as an office and seem to want space for a second bedroom by the second bed if they have guessed that spacious another walk-in closet available here not quite as big as the master that dumb but again there's spacious the second bath is here just strongly across the hall and something that's really great about these these apartment homes is that they do have the washer and dryers in every unit we still wander flat linen every week but this is available for personal laundry in this bathroom there's a tub shower and then of course the commode and great great great storage pull out drawers etc and still wanted to put in a tub we found that the lowest threshold that we could so residents could get in and out of the tub safely many still enjoy savings so that's the tour for the day I hope you enjoyed it and I hope that you'll call and want to see it and maybe have more questions thanks this was just a basic overview of just some of the amenities and services every situation and every person is unique and we really enjoy getting to know new community members and and by doing that we have wonderful relationships with our community members and I'm told and I was just sold this a few days ago it's not the brick and mortar that make the community it's the relationships between the staff and residents and residents between themselves I hope you'll call so that we can get to know you and I would love for you to visit you're welcome to call the Welcome Center I the phone number will be available to you thanks for your time

hey I wonder if you could tell me what quality means to you well quality is one of those in vinyl things our friend who says I can't define by note when I see it and I know if you order the dictionary it says characteristic or trait but that more applies to person that it does to do organizations in that hmm and I think that's probably we're talking about really is the people who make up an organization making a choir organization means to me that it's above the average the best that's available in any circumstance or situation and it just like makes life better the better the quality quality to me is the best of of what you're doing at the time other people have different opinions of quality but it is what you are doing that makes the difference I think quad the enemy is a a level of importance I mean of a content of importance that exceeds other qualifications and I can feel it enjoy it and have confidence in it can you give me an example of quality that you've seen here at lux field place in the last month when it comes to me is a doctor Pullman's wife where the I condition so she could really see very well and this young weights staff people all would come by the kneel down resolder they repeat the midi to until they finally get the order and you know for young people to think that was time and effort to get things right it's because i think is a sign of has so many opportunities to share in activities and exhibits and new folks moving in that you get to share with and learn their backgrounds and their history and their likes and dislikes and which is important to me the show of the oil paintings that's certainly quality it's the very best of what is done I think and if the paintings are inspiring how important are good relationships to your definition of quality is very important I think the fact that the committing that way staff again this is an example you know our name when when we get to the table there's usually be a juice for me and crime reduce my watch them to the table already and they know that she likes corn muffins so they should be one say they're that so their record to pick on what we kind of like and don't in relationships are very important I've always grown up in a world being around people and being around people are important to me and the more different diversified and activities and things that they have had in their life too are always interesting and I certainly enjoy this can you look a lot of those books well if you don't have a good relationship there's no quality to it by me it would be something but you can judge it as far as quality goes I think we all like to have good relationships with people it's a congenial Association and enthusiasm you
