At Stonebridge Place Assisted Living, we offer 60 assisted living apartments and 34 rooms on our special care/memory care unit. Our community offers daily scheduled social activities, as well as many other amenities. We have specially trained staff available on site 24 hours a day, to provide assistance and safety to the residents in the community.
