Lamplight Inn of Baltimore is an assisted Living and memory care community conveniently located on the premises of Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. We’re near Druid Hill Park, which hosts a farmer’s market, festivals, and events, and just minutes away from the Maryland Zoo and other recreational centers.
Lamplight Inn is situated on 2.9 acres of attractive landscaping. There are outdoor seating areas for residents to take advantage of the fresh air. Our warm and inviting lobby is a favorite gathering place where residents socialize and relax.
The Lamplight Inn Life Enrichment program boasts many activities and local outings that give our residents a purpose every day. We incorporate daily spiritual, social, physical, and intellectual activities to give each of our residents a fulfilling day. Our activities director spends time getting to know residents. She meets with new residents to find out what their interests are and what they enjoy doing most. Monthly events may vary based on residents’ interests and participation.
In addition to regularly scheduled activities such as church services and Bible study, special cooking activities, and live entertainment, we offer monthly health talks and presentations. Presentations include discussions on heart health, humor, diabetes, and nutrition.
