Kind Hearts Home furnished a home-like and safe environment for our residents. This home may accommodate up to 5 residents only to provide focus on their care.

We are located within 1 mile from BWMC (Baltimore Washington Medical Center). The nurse owner / manager has 15+ experience in various healthcare settings and will case manage your care to maintain your health and prevent hospitalization / re-hospitalization.

Kind Hearts Home ensures our residents' individual needs are met. These needs may include daily meals, dressing, bathing, laundry service, help with medication, transportation, personal mobility/exercise program, access to health services, alzheimer‘s/memory care. Along with other amenities, our staff is available for personal needs, 24-hour security, emergency call system and social and recreational activities. We also offer respite care.
Our highly trained caregivers specialize in all-inclusive, highly personalized attention for every person in our care. We provide medication management and administration. Nutrition is a priority and special diets are always accommodated. Kind Hearts Home also provides weekday exercise programs, group activities, crafts, games and cognitive therapy.
At Kind Hearts Home, safety and comfort is a priority. We provide 24-hour staffing, secured housing with alarm systems. We also offer housekeeping, maintenance and laundry services, cable tv, internet and an interactive living area. Kind Hearts offers a private and semi-private bedrooms.
