Since 1979, Victory Housing has served the Archdiocese of Washington as its development arm for affordable housing. Our mission is to build, acquire, renovate, manage and operate affordable housing - and to provide related services for mixed-income seniors and low-income families. But in keeping with our name, Victory Housing has a higher purpose. Quite simply, we're committed to winning - for our residents, our supporters and the communities we serve. We win each time we help a resident find a safe, affordable and comfortable home with the caring support he or she needs. We win each time a neighborhood is revitalized by one of our properties. And we win when the community at large sees the value in what affordable housing can contribute.
Day by day, we're winning. And locally and nationally, people are taking notice. We're winning them over to the idea that affordable housing can sustain communities, restore neighborhoods and rebuild lives. And they've acknowledged our efforts with a number of awards for innovation, design and service, and we are committed to continuing to deliver these results.
At Marian Assisted Living, we encourage our residents to enjoy an independent lifestyle while we provide all the conveniences of home, from delicious home-made meals to housekeeping services. Therefore, our residents have more time to socialize, participate in recreational activities, or just read a favorite novel. Our residents also enjoy peace of mind, knowing that when supportive services are needed, our caring staff members are there to assist them at no additional charge.
Residents of Marian Assisted Living sing the praises of their private chapel with intricate stained-glass windows. There, mass is celebrated seven days a week. The property not only boasts the most spacious of any Victory Housing suites, but also features a pond frequented by deer and fox.

It goes without saying that every senior is unique. So we offer a wide variety of comfortable communities in desirable neighborhoods close to families and recreational activities. Each is designed with its own features and amenities that reflect our knowledge and expertise in caring for seniors. It's simply a matter of finding the right community in the best location with the right programs and the appropriate level of support.
Support is our specialty - because Victory Housing is committed to helping seniors achieve their highest possible quality of life. So our conversation with each prospective resident and family member begins with a clear, honest understanding of the individual and his or her needs. For some, an independent living community offers an opportunity to maintain and enhance their active lifestyles. Others may feel an assisted living environment provides a welcomed extra level of service and support.
