Humanity Health Care Inc, was founded in 2004 by Franklin 0. Okeke, CEO. After years of working in hospitals, long term care settings, and home health care, he developed a passion for caring for vulnerable individuals with long term care needs who could reside in a community based setting designed to meet their medical, social, … needs in a compassionate and safe home environment. This desire led him to create a health care company geared towards providing comprehensive health care services for this most needy and vulnerable population.
The ideal of starting the company was not fully realized until many challenging obstacles were to overcome. Several years later, Humanity Health Care Inc. partnered with another health care company, invested in home improvement projects, participated in stocks and mutual funds through Nasa Federal Credit Union, and currently own stocks with Coles Retails Business Investment. When an opportunity presented in August 2016, Humanity purchased and acquired part of Integrated Health Care Inc. These developments led to rebranding and changing the business name to Humanity Assisted Living Services LLC.
Humanity finally licensed by Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on June 15, 2017 after successfully passed a surrey. Humanity is striving and aspiring to acquire more new homes for Assisted living SERVICES as our short-term goal and to build a 150-bed assisted living facility soon as a long-term goal. Humanity’ s mission statement is “to provide the highest quality of care to our resident population. Humanity Assisted Living Services, LLC has other short-term and long-term business interests and goals such as providing low-cost home care services to private individuals, respite care; developing Small Business Centers, private institutions, residential service agencies; and partnering with International and Domestic organizations that provide educational health awareness seminars.
