Rayland Acres is an exquisite assisted living community in Trappe. Rayland Acres, LLC is an Assisted Living Facility located in Talbot County on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Rayland Acres has been in operation for over 22 years. Rayland Acres is licensed as a Level III facility by the State of Maryland. We care for residents needing assistance with daily living skills, dementia, and/or end of life hospice care. Our census is small, up to eight residents, therefore, it allows us to provide more individualized care. Respite (short-term care) can also be provided.
