Our community includes Sylvia Ross Home Assisted Living Apartments, memory-impaired living at Engel Place Memory Impaired Care, Waterman Skilled Unit for skilled rehabilitation care, and Williams Skilled Services for those in need Medical Skilled Care. For those who require more comprehensive Long-Term Care, we offer Laurel Nursing Care; and should the need arise, we have two private suites at Ross Hospice.

Waterman Skilled Servces is affiliated with the Center for Joint Excellence at Eastern Maine Medical Center. Our qualified staff provide hospital-to-home short-term rehabilitation services after surgery or injury. Therapies include physical, occupational and speech, and are offered seven days a week, as appropriate.
Laurel Nursing Care offers comprehensive 24-hour nursing care along with clinical management of chronic disease. In addition to the attention paid by highly trained and skilled nursing staff, individuals residing here also have access to restorative nursing services and therapy services on an as-needed basis. Through professional care planning, the aim is to help individuals live as independently as possible and with dignity.

5 Dining Rooms service our various levels of service. Meals can be customized to an individual’s preference or dietary needs. Room service is available. We offer Private & Semi-Private Rooms and apartments for a total of 159 residents. All rooms have emergency call bells and privacy curtains. Full Laundry Service & Housekeeping are provided. Cable TV and phones are available. Rooms can be individualized, meaning residents can bring their favorite items from home – i.e. pictures, end-tables, curtains, bedspread, etc. (Restrictions only apply if an item does not meet state code requirements.) We also provide furniture for all areas, except in our assisted-living apartments. On-site Beauty Salon is available with a professional stylist.
