​Tall Pines has served the greater Belfast community since first opening The Commons in 1986. Over the last 32 years, The Commons has provided high quality, patient centered care to thousands of local seniors.

The Residence proudly offers Independent and Assisted living options for people who are fifty five or more years old. In Independent Living, we take care of the day to day chores so our residents can focus on doing the things they want to. The Commons offers inpatient rehabilitative care as well as residential care and long term nursing care.
